Pipes & Fittings

Swimming pools require a great deal of plumbing, including pipe fittings, skimmers, clips, inlets and drains. As well as maintenance kits to repair your pool pipes. Most pools require 1.5” fittings. Please note that 1.5” fittings fit inside 2” fittings. Most of our pipes are available to buy singularly or in a pack of ten.

Pool skimmers are located around the top of the pool sucking in the top 1/8” of water, which typically will remove the debris that floats on the surface of the water. This debris then gets trapped within the skimmer basket. Cascade Pools has a great selection of Certikin skimmers for concrete and liner pools.

There are three types of inlet, the eyeball, the grate and the vacuum point. The eyeball inlet, the direction of the flow of the water can be controlled. This allows the chemical spreading to be controlled. Grate inlets are used as a suction point and vacuum points are placed where the automatic pool cleaner will be used from. These inlets are available for concrete, liner and panel pools.
