By placing an order and confirming payment on the website of Cascade Pool Store Ltd you agree to contract with us in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Please read the terms in full before you use this Website. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this Website. Using the Website implies that you accept these terms. We do occasionally update these terms so please refer back to them in the future

  • 1. GOODS

  • Specifications on this website of the goods to be sold may be altered as a result of our continuous efforts to improve product quality and performance. .

  • 2. AVAILABILITY

  • Goods are generally available when the ‘In Stock’ indicator is shown. If for any reason an item is out of stock, then we will only ship the available goods and your payment method will be debited with the value of the despatched goods rather than the whole order value. Back ordered items will not be charged until they are shipped.

  • 3. PRICES

  • The price of the goods shall be the price listed on our website on the date of your order, inclusive of VAT which may be payable by you. All prices displayed on the website are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and must be paid in full, including Delivery or Post & Packaging charges whichever is applicable. Customers and not Cascade Pool Store Ltd are responsible for any customs duties or taxes in their own country.

  • 4. ORDERING

  • We will treat each order of goods, which is confirmed when you click on the ‘BUY NOW’ button on the Confirm Purchase screen, as an offer by you to purchase the goods and services subject to these terms and conditions. We shall supply you, subject to availability, with the quantity and specification of goods set out in your order. We shall confirm each order by email and such confirmation shall be our acceptance of the contract between us. In the unlikely event of there being an error in the pricing of any products then Cascade Pools Store Ltd reserves the right to amend the price accordingly and the customer will be given the option to accept the amendment and proceed or cancel the order.

  • 5. PAYMENT

  • Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website. Goods will not be shipped unless payment is received in full. Your card details are passed to LloydsTSB Cardnet Services for processing. Payment is automatically authorised on line, but we will not debit your payment method until the goods are shipped.

  • 6. DELIVERY

  • Delivery shall be made at the address specified by you at the time of ordering and is usually delivered within 1-2 working days of the order been confirmed. Most orders are dispatched the same day prior to a confirmed order being received up to 12.00pm. (Monday - Friday). Any orders placed after 12.00pm on Friday (except bank holidays) will be processed the following Monday (except bank holidays) or next working day. All packages should be signed for on delivery to ensure the package has arrived in good condition. If the package is damaged it should be signed for accordingly and you should notify us within 3 working days of the delivery date.

  • 7. SHIPPING & HANDLING

  • -UK Mainland: Orders up to £60.00 inclusive of VAT – £6.95
  • -Orders over £60.00 inclusive of VAT – Free of Charge
  • -Smaller Items up to 2Kg will be sent either by First Class Royal Mail Postal Service or Other Courier (Business Post).
  • -For Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland please request a quotation of carriage charges applicable.
  • -Larger or bespoke items may attract an additional charge – Please request a quotation.
  • -For delivery charges to EU Countries please request a quotation.

 

  • 8. TAX CHARGES

  • For orders made from the UK or the EU 20% VAT is added.

  • 9. CREDIT CARD SECURITY

  • Credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any website.

  • 10. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

  • If, in the unlikely event, your goods arrive in a damaged condition or are defective, you must inform us as soon as is practically possible and in any event no later than 7 days after discovery. Failure to do so will deem that you have accepted the goods. The Goods must be unmodified, have been properly used under normal conditions and have been properly stored, installed and maintained. The Goods or parts thereof should be returned to us its original packaging together with supporting documentation giving the invoice number and the nature of the defect or shortage. If for any reason a replacement is not available for a damaged or defective item then we will refund the value of the returned goods by the original payment method.

  • 11. RIGHT TO CANCEL

  • Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. To cancel your order, email us at sales@cascadepoolstore.com or telephone us on +44 (0)1449 723656.

  • 12. CANCELLATION BY US

  • We reserve the right to cancel the order if:
    -we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
    -we cannot obtain payment
    -a product, price, or offer description fault has been identified
    -we do not or cannot deliver to your area/Country
     

  • If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.

    We reserve the right to withdraw any Goods from this Website at anytime and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any Goods from this Website whether or not those Goods have been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

  • 13. RETURNS & CANCELLATION

  • We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order (with the exception of the excluded items - see list below) we will refund the value of the goods supplied provided that you first notify us of your intention to cancel using the procedure outlined here and providing that the goods, together with the original invoice, are returned to us in perfect condition and in the original packaging to the address specified on the invoice within seven working days after the day of delivery. A certificate of posting should be obtained as we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of goods to our address without it. Delivery charges will not be refunded, nor the costs incurred by the customer to return an item which is no longer required.

  • Bespoke Items, Liners, Solar Covers, Heat Retention/Foam Covers, Winter Covers, Roman Ends, Corner Steps, Coping Stones, Slides, Paint, D.I.Y. Swimming Pool Kits, Gas/Oil Boilers, Thermalec Heaters and Any Special Order Items.
