Who we share your data with

We will also share your address information with the postal service and courier to ensure that your product is delivered to you in a timely manner, and in the best condition.

How long we retain your data

Cascade Pools (EA) Ltd keeps  contact form entries for six months, analytics records for a year, and customer purchase records for five years. This is so we can stand by our products and services, so if you need any follow up refurbishments, repairs or other services we can provide them with ease and look up your personal records of your project to find out exactly what material is used.

 

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
